Project description

The aim of the project is to develop open badges, a gamified approach to learning,  to demonstrate the different steps in gaining skills and competence in sustainable development. The purpose is to change gastronomical approaches to minimise the carbon footprint of cooking and to make it more socially, environmentally and ethically sustainable.
